This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in this fast-growing independent crane hire and plant/machinery movement company with depots across the country.
This is a new vacancy for a Senior Administrator based at our Head Office in Avonmouth supporting the Heavy Cranes Operational Centre.
You’ll be responsible for making sure our internal processes operate efficiently and are delivered on time in accordance with weekly KPI’s, primarily dealing with:
Customer enquiries including liaising with sales and technical managers
Controlling purchase orders and supplier invoices
Monitoring operator timesheets and other costs
Ensuring records are maintained in a timely manner
Co-ordinating training and health & safety compliance
Producing reports on a weekly basis
Excellent experience of working with Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on using excel
Strong organisational skills
Exposure to the construction or plant hire industry
Used to dealing with and managing sub-contractors
Confident and capable of working effectively as part of a busy team based around different geographical locations
