Expanding our reach

In 2024, we delivered training across Europe, including Amsterdam and Frankfurt, while continuing to meet the needs of clients at sites throughout the UK. This growth shows our dedication to making training accessible wherever it’s needed. Looking to 2025, we plan to build on this momentum by offering more sessions internationally, ensuring that high-quality, accredited training is available to a wider audience.

Supporting mental well-being

The construction industry faces significant mental health challenges, with studies showing that workers in this sector are three times more likely to die by suicide than the general population. At King Lifting, we believe addressing these challenges is not just important—it’s essential to the well-being of our industry and the people who make it thrive.

Mental health is a priority for everyone in our business. This commitment is exemplified by one of our trainers who volunteers with Hope Against Suicide, an organisation providing crucial support to individuals in crisis. Their dedication reflects the importance we all personally place on fostering resilience and creating supportive environments both on and off the job.

In 2024, we introduced the Mental Resilience NVQ Levels 2 & 3, which enhance the mental health focus embedded in all our training programmes. These tools are vital for an industry where high-pressure environments and safety-critical roles can take a toll on mental well-being. By equipping participants with practical skills and resources, we aim to empower them to build healthier, more resilient teams and workplaces.
