We were really pleased to see our team in the Netherlands recognised this January, picking up both EHS Contractor and Employee of the Month awards from Mercury Engineering.
It’s always good to get that kind of feedback from a client, especially on a busy site where there’s a lot going on day to day.
For us, it’s a reflection of how the team approaches the job. Taking the time to plan lifts properly, making sure everything is set up as it should be, and keeping an eye on things throughout the work.
Just as important is how the team works together. Looking out for each other, speaking up if something doesn’t feel right, and keeping communication clear on site. It’s the kind of thing that doesn’t always get noticed, but it makes a real difference.
There’s no single moment that leads to an award like this. It comes from consistent work over time, doing things the right way and keeping standards high across the board.
We’re proud of the team for what they’ve achieved and grateful to Mercury Engineering for the recognition. It’s a good boost and something to build on as we move into the rest of the year.
