King Lifting has successfully maintained its Gold status under the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS), marking eight consecutive years of achieving this accreditation for its transport division.
Tristan King, Managing Director of King Lifting said:
“Maintaining FORS Gold is a true testament to King Lifting and its people. This accreditation represents the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility within our industry. FORS is a voluntary accreditation scheme for fleet operators, focused on raising standards across safety, efficiency and environmental performance. It provides a framework for operators to demonstrate best practice and ongoing improvement. I’m incredibly proud of the team for consistently achieving and upholding the standards we set.”
The FORS Gold accreditation represents the highest level within the scheme. It requires operators to meet strict criteria including reducing environmental impact, improving vehicle safety systems and ensuring drivers receive appropriate training. It also includes demonstrating a clear approach to recruitment and retention, as well as promoting FORS standards within the wider supply chain.
Maintaining this accreditation over a number of years reflects the consistent work across the King Lifting team to meet and uphold these standards.
