SiteRight Mental Health and Resilience
This course equips participants with practical strategies to build personal and team resilience, understand the effects of stress, emotions, and thoughts, and manage overwhelm, stress, and anxiety effectively.
Participants will explore what overwhelm, stress, and anxiety mean to them and how these factors impact their motivation and productivity. Throughout the workshop, participants will gain practical knowledge on building and sustaining resilience and limiting the effects of the body’s natural stress response.
This course benefits all employees regardless of seniority. However, supervisors, managers, and directors will find it particularly valuable as it helps them recognise and address the tendencies within themselves and their teams to enter phases where working harder decreases performance and increases the risk of mistakes.
